Munch Pak Snack Box Unboxing & Review + Coupon Code

Munch Pak review

In my efforts to expand into new areas of subscription box reviews, I’ve taken a great interest in snack boxes. The first of which I bring to you is called Munch Pak. Munch Pak is a snack subscription box that ships you an assortment of goodies from all over the world. They have plans ranging from $9.95 ┬áto $39.95 so you are sure to find the right fit for your snacking needs. You can also choose the frequency of your delivery from once a week to once a month AND add custom options such as more sweet, or sour items (for an additional charge). So naturally I made an unboxing video that you can check out below:
.

.

…so what did you think? Well after the video was over I began to taste all of the snacks so that I could give my opinion on each one for you… starting with:

Creepy Gummi Bug

I used to eat these as a kid! It’s just like any other gummi food except that it’s way cooler because it’s shaped as a bug!

Dance Bar

Chocolate covered coconut very similar in every way to a Mounds bar. SO good!

Gummi Swirly Fish

I love all things gummi and these were delicious! They reminded me of creamsicle flavors.

Garlic Green Peas

This was probably the most foreign item in the box. As you can see it still had english on it so I could tell what I was eating. They were surprisingly good although a bit strange to eat a dried pea (or however it was prepared). The garlic was a bit strong though and stayed on my breath to the point that I had to get a piece of gum.

Green Tea Pocky

This was my first official Pocky but I’ve had plenty of similar items in the past. The green tea flavor was very odd. I like green tea just fine but it was strange to eat that flavor instead of drinking it. They were good but I think I would have preferred a different flavor.

Potato Snack

These seasoned potato sticks were so good that I ate the whole bag in one sitting without even realizing it.

Mango Slaps Lollipops

These things were weird! Super thin sucker-like things that you could bend and fold up. I didn’t care for the mango taste at all nor did anyone I gave them out to try. If they come in another flavor they could be good but I think it’s just the mango flavoring that threw everyone off.

Mini Takis Zombie

These are rolled up tortilla chips that have a spicy yet cool taste and a slow burn after taste. The habanero & cucumber flavoring was an odd mix but was actually very tasty!

Wonderful Pistachios

These need no introduction I get these all the time! As the packaging says: they’re “wonderful”.

Zapps Cajun Dill Gator-Tators

As the name suggests these tasted like cajun and pickles. They were strange for sure but not gross. I wound up eating the whole bag so that is saying something.

…and that was the Munch Pak snack subscription box. This box was sent to me for review purposes but naturally, all opinions are my own. You have three sizes to choose from: the small box will run you $10, the medium (like this one) goes for $20, and a large that tops out at $40.
