It’s Loot Crate time again! The theme for September 2015 is “Summon” and from the looks of the announcement artwork we could pretty much guess the characters included. So with that being said let’s just crack into it and see the goods…

…alright there’s the video and heeeeres the photos:

Blizzard Hearthstone “Heroes of Warcraft” Stress Ball and Game Code

This seems awfully like Blizzard is just trying to get some promotional advertising inside Loot Crate this month. The stress ball is a Hearthstone …I’m guessing from the game although I have not yet played it. The game itself is a virtual card game which doesn’t seem to interest me much but I will at least try it out. The included game code gets you a free deck of playing cards but it is unclear if they are exclusive or just saving you a few bucks from having to buy an in-game add-on.

I am going to put a $5 value on the items although I’m not sure of any actual value

Loot Crate Exclusive Supernatural 1967 Impala

Since I do not watch Supernatural, I don’t know the significance of this car (if any). I assume it’s what the lead characters use to get around in but other than that… its just a car to me. I fully intend on watching the show to see what all the fuss is about …maybe then I will like this item a bit more.

Similar Movie & TV cars sell for about $5

Pikachu Beanie Hat with Poke Balls

Personally I’m not a fan of Pokémon, but there are TONS who are and will go nuts over this hat. My youngest is one of them and will completely flip when he sees this hat! I think this was a great decision over at Loot Crate to include this in the box.

These sell for about $15

Kidrobot Golden Homer Buddha

This absolutely made the box for me!! I’ve been wanting one of these since they came out. The Golden Homer was a Fugitive Toys exclusive if I remember correctly (or maybe just an “exclusive” that they were selling) but is worth a bit more than the regular full-color version of this vinyl.

They sold for $20 when they were available

…and there you have the Loot Crate “Summon” geeky subscription box for September 2015. An estimated $45 value for $20 shipped. Personally the Golden Homer absolutely made the box for me and everything else what just a bonus. If you would like to try Loot Crate for yourself, you can visit their website here.
