geek me box

The May boxes are in full force now with the Geek Me Box. GMB doesn’t typically have a theme but usually the items in the box go together like a theme. This is one of my longest running geeky subscription box subscriptions and I’ve never been disappointed once. So lets dive into this one and see what awesome stuff the Geek Me Box has to offer this month!

…and yes that was in fact the video and as always… we follow with the pics…

Darkwing Duck & Tale Spin Stickers

Such a simple thing but they take me back to a simpler time. I didn’t watch Darkwing Duck so much but I’m pretty sure I caught every episode of Tale Spin. These sticker packs are obviously vintage, plus they are dated from the 90s as well. Not sure what I’ll do with them but I liked the novelty of bringing back some memories.

These single packs are probably worth $1 for the pair

Uncle Scrooge Comic

I received this same comic with a variant cover last month (which was only a non-colored version of the same drawing). The comic itself is very cool and Duck Tales was another TV show I used to watch as a kid so I really enjoy receiving these comics.

This has a value of $4

Catbug Plush

I still haven’t seen the Bravest Warriors to know what Catbug is all about but I plan on getting around to it. The little plushie is pretty cute and I’m sure one of my kids will give it a good home.

Similar Catbugs sell for about $10

Sonic Lanyard w/ Pocket

I’m not big on lanyards… but if I was… this is the Cadillac of lanyards! It’s big and has a Sonic head that splits the front for a more comfortable fit around your neck. It also comes with a handy pouch for important ID storage or whatever you use these for.

These sell for about $10

Puff Tales T-Shirt (or Power Duck Girls)

I love this design and I’ve already covered the part where I said I like the Duck Tales so we can just skip over that part. It is a little bit girlie though so I’ve decided to give it to the girlfriend who will use it as a sleep shirt.

I value all shirts at $10

Star Wars Landspeeder

This is too awesome! I need to make room somehow to fit this in with my other Star Wars vehicles. I think I may have to expand the entire area in order to make room for all of this cool stuff I’ve been getting.

These sell for about $9

…and that was the Geek Me Box for May 2015. An estimated $44 value for $30 shipped. I personally loved this box as it took me back to the early 90s days of watching cartoons after school. And to top it off with an awesome die cast Star Wars vehicle just made this box for me. If you would like to try Geek Me Box for yourself, you can visit their website by clicking here.
