Yes I know I am late getting the boxes up as the month is almost over… but we will start out with Loot Crate’s “Unite” box for May 2015. This theme was a little iffy for me given the characters displayed in the theme announcements but I’m never one to shy away from a box. So lets crack it open and see whats inside!

.

.

So what did you think? Let’s take a closer look at the items…

Marvel Avengers Age of Ultron Window Sticker

It’s just your average window sticker for a car or whatever. I personally don’t put many stickers on my car unless they mean something so I wont be making use of this but it is pretty cool for someone who likes to geek out their ride.

I couldn’t find this exact one but similar stickers sell for about $4

Loot Crate Exclusive Marvel Shoe Laces

This was an odd item to have for an exclusive. I mean really… any old geeky shoelaces would have been acceptable and no one would know the difference. This is another item that doesn’t appeal to me, however, my kids will definitely use them.

Similar shoe laces sell for about $7

Marvel Ice Cube Tray

This ice cube tray is pretty cool …for making ice. I do like the shapes and I will probably make use of this even though it doesn’t produce very many ice cubes. Overall it’s a decent items to start out the warm summer months.

These sell for about $8

Team Fortress 2 Buttons

I’m not a big fan of buttons as I’ve said many times. I do like the designs on these buttons and they are a pretty decent quality. I wont be keeping these though… I will hang on to them for a future giveaway.

Similar buttons sell for about $5

Loot Crate Exclusive Mad Magazine

I love Mad Magazine! This is a special issue made just for Loot Crate so it is pretty short and only features 2 main comics and a few extras. I still think its great and have had a subscription to the actual magazine up until recently. I think this item was very well done.

I’d estimate the value at $3 since it’s not a full magazine

Bravest Warriors Comic with Loot Crate Exclusive Cover

I’ve never watched the Bravest Warriors but my kids have. I will read this for sure just to see what all the fuss is about (I’ve lost contact with the new cartoon generation in my old age lol) All I know is that people go crazy over Catbug so I feel compelled to check it out.

This has a value of about $4

Rick & Morty Puzzle

Here’s another show I know nothing about. My kids watch it and will be happy to get the item although we are not big on putting puzzles together. It may be something for them to do inside on a rainy day this summer.

Puzzles like this sell for around $10

Power Rangers T-shirt

People are going crazy over this shirt. I guess because its rare for any Power Rangers merch to get into a geek box. It is a very cool design and even though I’ve never watched an episode of the Power Rangers in my life, I’d still wear it. Except I happen to have a HUGE Power Ranger fan in the house so this shirt will definitely go to him.

I value all shirts at $10

…and there you have the Loot Crate “Untite” box for May 2015. An estimated $51 value for $20 shipped. Personally even though I don’t watch most of the shows included in the box… it made a great box for my kids. They will most certainly get the most out of this geeky subscription box.
