I’m back with another Loot Crate Unboxing! The theme for March is “Covert” so it’s destined to be filled with all sorts of Top Secret material and may self destruct after opening. So let’s jump right in and see what this geeky subscription box has inside…
.

.

Well it didn’t self destruct but some people thought it bombed (and some thought it was THE bomb lol). So let’s take a closer look at the top secret goods…

Classified Field Notes

Don’t let the clever name fool you, it’s just 2 blank pocket notebooks. It’s clever and it fits the theme but it’s nothing to get excited over. Just so you know, these are Loot Crate Exclusive notebooks so don’t try finding them in stores kiddies.
I estimate the value around $5

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. ID Badge

I don’t know what to think of this item… it’s a TV show prop replica for a show that I don’t watch. Even if I did watch it this really isn’t the type of prop replica for me. However, I’m sure fans of the show probably think it’s great so I will have to track one down and give it to them.

I could see how this might be worth $10 or so but to me I’m putting the value at $5

Paracord Bracelet

Ok now we’re getting somewhere. I really like the orange and black color scheme on the bracelet… I doubt I will ever need it nor would I be wearing it in the event that I actually needed it. It’s cool though, I’ll give it to my kids who will get more use out of it.

I’m surprised to see that similar ones sell for only $5

Mad Libs

I love Mad Libs! Like everyone else I will fill it full of poop and fart jokes lol.

These sell for $5

Stealth Wrist Watch

This watch is so cool! It stays black until you touch the face and then it lights up with the time… only to fade away back to black. This is another one my kids have already claimed so I will probably never see it again.

These sell for about $10

James Bond T-Shirt

Another winner! I think this is a great design and I’m not even that big of a 007 fan. If you don’t get the joke he likes his drink “shaken not stirred” …just sayin …kids these days don’t know that sort of thing lol.

I value all T-Shirts at $10

Orphan Black Comic

I know nothing about this show so I guess I’ll have to read the comic and find out more… is it just me that finds it strange to have real people on the cover of a comic book? I couldn’t tell if it were a magazine or what… anyways… not too excited about this one either

This comic is probably valued around $5

The Filler

Just the typical Magazine and Button… nothing out of the ordinary

…and there you have Loot Crate’s “Covert” box for March 2015. An estimated $45 value for $20 shipped. I had mixed feelings about this box. I certainly got my money’s worth out of it but there was nothing that really excited me. Then again, the theme overall just isn’t something that interests me so I pretty much knew from the start this wasn’t my month.
