My job requires a lot of walking… and when I say a lot I mean ALOT of walking. I’m always rushing around and hardly ever just sitting at my desk. I’ve been interested in just how much walking I really do so that I can formulate a more balanced diet based on the calories I burn each day. Right now my philosophy is just to “eat whatever I want because I’m always moving” but unfortunately my gut tells me that isn’t working out so well.
The Ozeri 4x3razor Digital Pocket 3D Pedometer is one of the smallest pedometers I have ever seen. An unlike some of those other high-tech pedometers on the market, this one comes at a very reasonable price. It features:
*The new 3D Tri-Axis Bosch Sensor from Germany (with X, Y, Z vector detection) which provides superior accuracy in any position.
*It is designed for high-performance athletes, the 4x3razor is the world’s thinnest and lightest pedometer — 0.5cm (less than 0.2″) thick and weighs just half an ounce.
*It records steps, distance, calories, fat burned and exercise time with the most advanced Tri-Axis technology.
*Count up to 1 million steps with 7-Day Memory, and it includes a built-in Clock and Sports Timer with Auto Sleep technology.
*The Ozeri has a razor thin design that fits in any pocket. It ships with a belt clip, extra battery, and detachable lanyard all included and has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
I’ve been using mine for a little over a week now. Set up was a breeze and only took a few minutes (only because I needed to measure my walking stride for accurate distance). Then I simply clip it on my belt and forget about it. No I really do forget about it because its so thin and lightweight that I don’t even notice that it’s there. As it turns out I walk about 7 or 8 miles at work alone on an average day. When I’m really busy I have put in up to 10 miles in a single work day. It also tells me how many calories I have burned which will allow me to track my daily intake with greater accuracy and hopefully prevent myself from putting on some extra pounds for the holidays.
If you are interested in the Ozeri 4x3razor Digital Pocket 3D Pedometer they are available on Amazon at a fraction of the cost of a FitBit or other high-tech pedometer.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
