Alright check it out I got a NEW BOX! This here is the 1up Box and it is the cheapest box on the market! At $18.92 it beats out Loot Crate by a whole dollar …but …how does it stack up? Well watch the video and see!
So you may have noticed I had a new guest unboxer lol. This was “Little B”s first time unboxing and I wasn’t sure how it would go so I filmed a normal one first just in case but as it turned out he did great! We did, however decide to use the stuffed Mario as a stocking stuffer for him so I left it out of his unboxing without thinking about how I would make it fit back into the video lol.
But anyways, let’s take a closer look at this box…
Classic NES Shirt
What could be better than the NES trinity? Quite arguably the 3 greatest games of all times… most certainly the founders of all that is gaming today! I love this shirt and will definitely wear it often.
I value all shirts at $10
Minecraft Mouse Pad
Since my old mouse pad was dirty and long overdue for changing this was a welcome addition to the box. The printing on it is not that good and almost looks faded …they probably just had them made up cheaply just for the box. I am not picky though because, after all, its only a mouse pad.
I couldn’t find one online but it looks like the type you can pick up for around $8
Mario Plush Figure
I really don’t like getting stuffed animals in my geek boxes for the main reason that I am not an 8 year old girl (no offense). However, I don’t really mind this particular Mario plush because he is “classic-looking” …well at least to me. He will be a gift this Christmas and “Little B” will love him until the day our dog gets a hold of him and rips his guts out lol.
I couldn’t find an exact price but other plush Marios sell for about $10
Pixel Makeover Glasses and Moustache
The sunglasses are pretty cool I have seen them around …the moustache is just a print out, possibly a sticker but I haven’t picked at it to find out. It was a clever addition to the box and the glasses will actually be worn.
I’ve seen the glasses online for as cheap as $2
The Extras: Pin, Card, and Plunger
The pin means nothing to me just like the Loot Crate buttons. They all go into a box where they never see the light of day again. The business card is very clever and I actually have it out on display. The plunger… meh. It’s like one of those things you get from the machines at the grocery store. Don’t get me wrong though, as far as filler items go these are much better than some of the other boxes.
We will give $1 for the filler
And there you have it… the November 1up Box! With a grand total value of $31 for $19 shipped this little guy does ALOT with very little money! I am definitely keeping this subscription so you can follow along next month too.
